As the school year draws to a close, the Ancient Order of Hibernians announced its annual scholarships. Each year, the AOH sells Christmas ornaments to raise money for scholarships. Four scholarships are awarded to deserving students at local Catholic schools.
2025 AOH scholarships were awarded to Colette Jones at the Basilica School of St. Mary, Fiachra Lewis at Bishop Ireton High School, and David Monzon of St. Louis Catholic School. Each recipient received a check for $1,000 towards their educational expenses.
