As you know, our President, Pat Troy, has a role in this year’s NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade. He has now arranged to make it easier for anyone who wants to join him for the experience.
Pat has organized a bus to leave Alexandria early in the morning on March 16, drive to NYC, watch the parade from Grandstand seats, and then leave NYC for Alexandria late that afternoon/evening when most of the festivities have concluded. (Remember, we have to be back on March 17 to sell raffle tickets at Ireland’s Own before the big drawing!)
Total cost: $50.
The bus is arranged through Pat Murphy. Pat is a Dublin man by birth who now lives in Alexandria and runs a bus and tour group business.
